Cookie 🩷 Care

Our Cookies are baked the same day we ship them to you for maximum freshness. Find all the tips and tricks below, from storage instructions, to which cookies are best eaten hot or cold.

Classic Cookies

Our standard flavours are delightful whether enjoyed at room temperature or warmed up. If you're a fan of gooey, extra soft cookies, we recommend a quick 20-second warm-up in the microwave preferably with a damp paper towel. This will enhance the gooey texture and take your cookie experience to the next level.

Double Chocolate, NYC, M&Ms, Oreo, Double Trouble

*this can work for the stuffed cookies too but the ideal method is the oven.

Stuffed Cookies

We recommend warming up our stuffed cookies. Many of our cookies are stuffed with delectable spreads that become gooey and soft in the middle when heated. For the best results, we suggest warming them up in the oven. This will enhance the flavours and provide that irresistible, freshly baked experience. Simply pop them in the oven at 170C for 3-5 mins, and you'll be rewarded with a warm, gooey center that will take your taste buds on a delightful journey.

Frozen Cookies

If you decide to freeze some cookies, place the bagged cookies in the freezer for up to 3 months.

How to throw my cookie? Place the frozen cookie on a baking tray lined with parchment, set your oven to 140C, and bake for 8 minutes until warm and soft in the middle. Using this method, your cookie will taste like it’s freshly baked and should have that warm and gooey center.
